The CHI Agency Fees are used for the
operational costs of the agency in the U.S, 30-40% of these funds may be used
for Parent Training, Humanitarian Aid or Orphanage donations. If the Embassy
requests additional interviews, an additional $200 per trip will be added to
the program fee. If the child is from
the Gambela orphanage, $800 will be added to the program fee.
Ethiopia Program Fee includes
humanitarian aid and orphanage donations 45%, Rent for Thomas Center 2%,
Thomas Center Employees 14%, Transportation, Utilities, Food/Formula,
Medical, Clothing, Supplies, Diapers, Misc., 13%, Administrative costs –
telephone, internet, maintenance, etc., 5% Court, Adoption process, Medical, Legal 5%, Program Dev 8%, LifeBooks 8%
